There are currently three charges that have been filed against Richard Conlin:

1.  That he signed without authority the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement  -  this is an executive branch function, the director of SDOT is the lawful official that is supposed to sign on behalf of the City of Seattle.

2.  That he colluded with the City Attorney to file a lawsuit that neither he nor the City Attorney had independent authority to authorize/file.

3.  That he failed to comply with the City Charter and give consideration of Initiative 101 precedence over all other City Council business—for four city council meetings running Conlin suspended consideration of the Initiative.
